Welcome to Your Journey Yoga. My journey is to provide yoga and fitness classes for all levels. I would love to help you find the best version of yourself. I invite you to join me on the mat to find a sense of peace, mindfulness, strength, power and grace. I love a slightly slower pace flowing from pose to pose, allowing you to find your perfect place within each pose. I also love to add variations to traditional yoga. I do my best to give excellent cues, encouragement and challenge options. Your Journey Yoga takes a slightly more athletic approach to yoga offering strength challenges along the way. I strive to provide a wide range of yoga flows, something for everyone.
