Hello and Welcome! l am a certified fitness instructor for 39 years. Teaching various programs/classes including with the Parkinson's community since November 2022. With my experience, knowledge, dedication and passion to help people, I felt it was important to create this channel to reach people that may not have access to specific programs. Through evidence based research, exercise can improve; #mobility , #functionality, #strength #balance #cardio and #cognitivehealth With consistency, you may see improvement in your quality of life. We will work on balance, strength, coordination and stretching. Please share these videos! Also, please confirm with your health care provider prior to starting a new exercise program.
