Hey there and welcome to The Bioneer! This is a channel dedicated to human performance: going beyond fitness and functionality to become SuperFunctional! My name is Adam Sinicki. I'm a technical writer and author of three books, including "Functional Training and Beyond." I create video essays focusing on functional training, brain training, productivity, the human body, and more. I believe that we can and should train every aspect of ourselves.
