I am a retired soldier in the British Army which has included being a Physical Training Instructor. I enjoy training people and keeping fit myself so thought I would add my workouts to YouTube. I am also a qualified Level 2 Boxing Coach, Judge and Time Keeper. This channel will help you with improving your fitness for joining the army or if you just want to get fit using army style workouts. I generally specialise in bodyweight calisthenics but there are also kettlebell workout videos on here. You will also find tutorial and informational videos about joining the army which many of my subscribers have found useful. I also go live on a monthly basis to answer any of your questions that you may have about joining the military and army life in general.
