Hello my friend! My name is Liz and I am a vocal coach, singer/songwriter and performer with muscle tension dysphonia. On my YouTube channel you will see videos to help with muscle tension dysphonia, live performances by me and my band, education and anatomy of the voice, vocal technique training, education on mental health and how it affects our voices, education on how to holistically heal and opt out of a culture that rewards constantly achieving, doing, going and stressing.
