Quando iniciei essa rotina quase não se falava sobre o assunto e muito menos de receitas saudáveis diferenciadas. Foi ai que comecei a inventar moda na cozinha rs. Em janeiro de 2021 comecei criar conteúdo aqui no canal, com objetivo de trazer receitas mais saudáveis para o dia a dia. Em 2025, fui diagnosticada coma uma doença autoimune e precisei parar de consumir leite, glúten, açúcar e seus derivados.
